About

You are enough. You always have been. If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure, you've done a courageous act searching for support. Here, you will find a mix of ancient healing wisdom and neuroscience delivered in a warm relational style, to help you live with peace and satisfaction. If you want to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety, heal from neglect or other harmful experiences, or develop authentic self-compassion and confidence, I am honored to support you. I am a playful, humanistic clinician, and I adapt each approach to fit your wonderful individuality and unique needs. All identities welcome.
Self-compassion, EMDR, nervous system training, and mind-body bridging form the foundation of my approach. Taught with love and patience, these methods strengthen the nervous system to resiliently handle stress, generate self-kindness, and build self confidence. I also offer CBT, ego state work, neuromeditation, hypnosis, and brainspotting.
Imagine: You are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome: "I'm so glad you're here!" Our sessions are heartfelt yet playful, and most of all non-judgmental. With honest conversation, practical tools, and experiential exercises, I gently encourage authentic self-reflection, insight, and growth. You are seen, understood, and appreciated. Let's begin!
