I’m so glad you’re here. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or grief, navigating a life transition, or carrying the lasting impact of trauma. Perhaps you're a highly sensitive person (HSP) navigating a loud and demanding culture, where your depth of feeling can sometimes feel like too much, or a fellow helping professional who has hit a wall. If you're longing for more confidence, ease, or stability, therapy can be a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. I offer a collaborative space where we can explore your experiences, let go of old patterns, and develop new ways of coping to feel more grounded.
Meaningful therapy begins with a safe, empathic relationship. At the same time, certain patterns such as chronic anxiety or trauma often respond best to more than talk therapy alone. I combine evidence-based approaches including EMDR, cognitive, and somatic therapies, with a warm, collaborative style, at a pace that works for you.
