My goal is to provide a comfortable space dedicated to you and your needs at that moment, which can look different every day. Together we will navigate life's big and small challenges, identify any changes you'd like to make, and celebrate your growth. I am passionate about working with adults, adolescents, and pre-teens who may be struggling with identity, experiencing growing pains, or are seeking alternative ways of coping with daily or existential stressors.
Our individual experiences do not exist in a vacuum, therefore we will explore our inner complexities in the context of our larger society and systems.
