The goal of all therapy and counseling is to reduce suffering. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, impulsivity, ADHD, relationship problems, traumatic past, gender identity, sexual orientation, or just feeling stuck and dissatisfied with life, therapy can be a powerful vehicle for holistic change and increased peace and contentment. By focusing on your natural strengths we work collaboratively to identify the roadblocks internally and externally getting in the way of leading a fulfilled life.
I work with adolescents to college students to adults and families using a holistic, collaborative, strengths-based approach. Through mindfulness practices grounded in cognitive behavioral theory along with psychodynamic techniques you will gain new insights and awareness of old patterns that cause undue suffering.
Our office is located in downtown Fairfax, VA, complete with a foosball table in the waiting room, sunlit offices, and relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to our work together and moving towards greater peace, contentment, and joy.
