The world is full of diverse individuals and families, all of which experience real and sometimes unique struggles. When looking for a therapist, you want to know they get it. I have been working and volunteering within the LGBTQ+ community for last 10 years; so I understand the need to feel safe and understood. I am skilled at providing a comfortable, judgement-free environment for us to collaborate in. I offer competent and compassionate therapy services to fit your needs and help guide your journey. My practice is guided by my beliefs in social equity, body integrity, and harm reduction.
My goal at CAARE Counseling & Consultation, LLC is to ensure all individuals I partner with regardless of their identity, family, or relationships have access to quality therapeutic treatment where they feel respected. I am primarily focusing on providing services and resources to LGBTQ+, Kink, and Non-Monogamous communities, but I am open to serving all.
I offer traditional 50min outpatient therapy, 30min Solution Focused Therapy, and Transgender assessments for surgeries and HRT. Appointments can be made via the patient portal or phone. All our forms are completed online prior to the our first meeting. I also offer Telehealth services to address distance, illness, and weather- some limitations apply.
