I believe that change is possible for anyone who wants it. It is my passion to help you on your journey to a joyful and satisfying life. I do this by using cognitive behavioral techniques and providing a safe and loving environment in which to heal old wounds and give you tools to manage your current challenges. This includes; anxiety, depression, addiction, food and body issues, or relational problems. Wherever you find yourself I can help you to develop a compassionate view of yourself and empower you to take steps towards getting your unmet needs fulfilled.

If you have an eating disorder I know you and your family are suffering deeply. I have 10 years of experience treating eating disorders in both residential and outpatient programs. This gives me an in-depth understanding of the unmet needs underlying eating disorders and how we can satisfy them.

I am also a climate aware therapist which means that I'm trained to meet you where you are on this issue. Using the arts we can process your mixed feelings about climate change and move from fear and despair towards hopefulness and action. Each of us has a unique part to play in our global solution and together we can find it.

This is an intimate experiential group that meets weekly, currently online, providing a safe space for women in recovery from eating disorders to connect and support each other. This is a closed group meaning that you must apply first to join, allowing a sense of security and continuity for group members. The group focus is on intuitive eating, developing positive body image and self-acceptance. Group members are encouraged to connect with each other between groups in a group chat for added support.
