During our first session I will ask you what behavioral and emotional patterns you want to change and we will collaborate and create attainable treatment goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify negative thoughts and behavioral patterns and alter them with a healthier, rationalized, and balanced way of thinking.
