As a psychotherapist, my goal is to create a safe and calm environment to examine beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that tend to get in the way of the life we want to live. I have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, anger issues, trauma, psychosis, addiction, and relational issues.
