I have a broad range of clinical experience including working with children, adolescents, adults , and elders.I am a trained and experienced therapist who specializes in CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy. My specialties include stress management, anxiety, abuse, anger management, and depression. I am also experienced in addition, relationship issues, building self-esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, fatigue, and abandonment issues.

I have ten years of experience as a Social Worker, working with clients whom have experienced extreme cases of abuse and neglect, family separation, addiction, domestic violence, pre-natal drug exposure, poverty and mental health issues. I have seen clients gain relief from oppression, while experiencing healing mentally, emotionally and physically. I have also seen families get free from addiction, reunite and able to communicate to one another in a healthy manner.

With 12+ years in the counseling profession, I have provided therapeutic services to a number of clients of all ages with issues ranging from peer conflicts in school, to domestic violence in the home. Throughout the years I have narrowed my passions to working with teens, adolescents, and young adults (ages 14-23 years old) who struggle with anxiety, depression, and who may be going through major life transitions such as going into high school, getting jobs, preparing for college, etc. I fully support and work with LGBTQ+, trans/non-binary youth in an affirming therapeutic setting. I also find value in working with parents to help navigate these difficult times with their children.
