Feeling Lost? Wondering, “Where do I go from here?” My clients are individuals navigating life after toxic relationships, major transitions, or motherhood who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-doubt. They often say, “I don’t feel like myself” or “I keep ending up in the same situations.” We use a trauma-informed, DBT-based approach to help you regulate emotions, set boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and break unhealthy cycles—so you can feel grounded, confident, and like yourself again.

Hey there! Deciding to start the journey of therapy is something people come to for so many reasons. To heal trauma. To grieve. To vent. To find the way through a huge life transition. To discover who they are. To learn better ways to cope. To find a way to become un-stuck when things just aren’t working. It is about sitting through feelings in a safe space where you can develop new patterns and experience emotional wellness and healing. I practice from a variety of theoretical frameworks, drawing on aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches through a trauma-informed lens.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and affirming of LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, perinatal, and polyamorous experiences.
You’re the one everyone depends on. The helper, the fixer, the person who keeps things moving even when you’re running on empty. From the outside, you seem capable, but underneath the constant doing, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you need anymore. Maybe you’ve spent so much time caring for others that you’ve lost touch with yourself. You long for rest without guilt, relationships where you can show up authentically, and space to exist without constantly performing. Therapy can help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting for attention.

I work with young children and parents navigating behavioral challenges, big emotions, and the transitions that come with postpartum and early parenthood.
Hi there! I am currently accepting new clients in our Temecula office. Many of the families I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, worried about their child’s development, or unsure how to support big emotions and challenging behaviors. I especially enjoy working with parents, infants, toddlers, and young children (ages 0–6), as well as families navigating early developmental or behavioral concerns. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where families feel understood and never judged. Welcome! Are you looking for a therapist that holds you accountable, is direct, honest and intuitive? Do you find yourself in the same patterns, feeling stuck, desiring clarity on which direction to take? If you're looking for therapy to be transformative, I may be a good fit. I am a depth psychotherapist. I help guide and shed light on the parts of the self that have been hidden in the subconscious, parts of which are often difficult to surface alone. I believe that every person holds inner knowledge of what they need, or untapped intuition. I help people find it and learn to use it.

Pregnancy, Prenatal, Postpartum Therapists
What are the most effective ways to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns?
The most effective way to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns is by finding a therapist who has prior experience helping other patients overcome the challenge being faced. For example, a marriage and family therapist may have experience helping couples adjust to their new relationship dynamic. An anxiety specialist may have experience helping with phobias or illness anxiety related to the child’s health. A depression specialist may have experience treating postpartum depression.

When should I seek treatment for prenatal or postpartum concerns?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve intense physical and mental changes; a degree of upset and instability is normal. However, if these changes impair daily functioning, it may be time to seek help. This distinction is pertinent for postpartum depression: A period of teariness, irritability, and distress is difficult but normal in the one to two weeks after childbirth (sometimes called the “baby blues.”) But if feelings of sadness and hopelessness persist beyond that period, the person should seek treatment.

How do I manage worries during pregnancy or the postnatal period?
A therapist can help patients develop the tools they need to manage anxieties during or after pregnancy. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help people identify and reframe harmful patterns of thought, and change their behaviors. Other techniques and skills can allow people to develop acceptance, psychological flexibility, self-compassion, communication skills, and more.

Are there specific medications for postpartum depression?
In 2019, the FDA approved the first medication designed to treat postpartum depression. The medication is called brexanolone and is delivered intravenously by a medical professional over the course of a few days. However, typical antidepressants, which are more accessible, can also treat postpartum depression. The disorder is often best treated through a combination of medication and therapy.
