I enjoy helping children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups use art (and/or traditional talk therapy) to identify their emotions, explore sources of internal/external conflict, and introduce healthier coping strategies into their everyday lives. I tend to approach therapy with Gestaltist and existentialist principles in order to help clients identify points where they feel "stuck," practice accountability, incorporate exercises and techniques to become "unstuck," and ultimately improve their relationship with the "here and now." I also work under a trauma-informed model at a nonprofit agency in Tarzana, CA.
