Understanding human behavior and how it is shaped is just one of the key essential components to unraveling the complexity of who we are. When faced with situations beyond our control such as our genealogical predispositions, self-discovery, the families we are born into, societal pressures and oppression the lives we are in pursuit of and desire are disrupted.

I am offering in person and telehealth appointments for individuals and couples. My practice focuses on the experiences of people of color, adult children of immigrants, young adults ages 18-25 and people working in social justice, helping and healing professions (including healthcare workers, teachers, social workers and therapists). I support individuals and couples who are seeking relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, race based stress, trauma, generational trauma, grief, burnout and vicarious trauma.
