My goal is to help bridge the gap of where you currently are and where you want to be. I see my role as empowering you to create meaningful changes in your life while honoring your unique healing journey.

My work focuses on supporting Asian Americans dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship conflict. I specialize in supporting clients explore identity, navigate family of origin conflict and intergenerational trauma, and to nurture meaningful relationships.

My hope is to provide you a safe space to do the work to experience wholeness within yourself and connectedness to others.
