Your goals are achievable and the possibilities are endless with Biblical Counseling and Hypnosis sessions.
Nothing is more obvious than the fact that in those parts of the world where learning and science have prevailed. We are mainly interested in what spiritual consulting and healing might do for emotional and psychosomatic problems. There are many physical and emotional ways to deal with any issues, but spirituality is another avenue to help overcome.

With 22 years of experience of working with family upheaval, foster care and physical and sexual abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and domestic violence, I enjoy being present for those working on the above issues. Issues of loss and grief, parenting skills or a new life direction. In recent years, I have come to love working with families and siblings of children diagnosed with Autism. Many times these family members are left with no support in the day in and day out living with a child or sibling with Autism. Chronic pain is also a major interest of mine.

So often I hear from clients that they have been in therapy before, and it hasn't worked, or they are on medication, and it still is not working. Does this sound like you? My guess is that therapy hasn't worked because the approach is not specifically catered to meet your own unique needs and doesn't really look at the "whole person" but attempts to make a diagnosis and treats that diagnosis with a prescribed treatment plan. That is not you, though. You are unique and your treatment plan needs to meet your needs.

Childhood trauma, racism and microaggressions traumatize us and leave you feeling shame, embarrassment, anger and that you're not enough. You feel alone and in pain, and you deserve emotional peace by speaking to a professional who listens, provides safety, validating AND gently challenging your fears and negative thoughts of yourself. It is important that these false narratives do not define your self worth and perceptions of yourself, preventing YOU from identifying your own needs. I seek to work with children of immigrants, experiencing relationships issues NOW, due to childhood or recent trauma. Together, we process & heal.

I specialize in helping couples, families, and children. As human beings, we have a need to feel connected to a significant other who becomes like a safe haven and a source of security and comfort. This person helps us to face the world with confidence because we know there is someone who cares about us. When we feel disconnected from our attachment figure, we feel unprotected and life's challenges seem to be bigger and scarier. I help couples and families to feel secure in their relationship by strengthening their bond so that they become responsive, accessible and emotionally engaged with each other.

Therapy for hardworking, stressed out, people seeking to move forward and thrive in life. To the outside world, you are successful, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, and spent. You give of yourself to others until you have nothing left and feel guilty for getting irritated with the people you love. As you tell yourself to “keep going”, and others tell you to “go take a break”, you find it’s hard to do either of those things. If you take that break, will it be ok? What will you do? Will you still be valuable?

As a Christian, I also love integrating spirituality with psychological well-being with clients for whom spirituality is relevant.
I use an integrative approach to treatment, employing a variety of methods as appropriate to each client's needs. Among these is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which has been shown to be an effective way to resolve the impact of past trauma and adverse life experiences. I am a Certified Therapist in EMDR.
