She has extensive training in autism spectrum disorder (ASD), dysregulation disorders, developmental delays, and learning disabilities. Dr Knight presented on Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Black American Community at the United Nations General Assembly 68th Session for Millennium Development Goals and the other Internationally Agreed Development Goals for the Persons with Disabilities, in accordance with Resolution 66/124 (A/RES/66124).
