My approach is integrative, grounded in mindfulness, neuroscience, and somatic awareness.
Mindfulness Therapy: Come Home to Yourself. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in life? Do you struggle with relationships, self-doubt, or cultural identity? Many people go through these challenges, often feeling like they should ‘handle it on their own.’ But healing doesn’t have to be a lonely journey. You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted—just as you are. Therapy can help you cultivate self-awareness, heal past wounds, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relational struggles, or life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone.

I am also trained to provide Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, ERP, CBT and DBT.
Many of the adults and teens I work with decide to go to therapy because they’re overwhelmed by triggers and challenges that seem to keep piling up. While they’re coping the best way they know how, it feels like it's getting harder and harder to stay afloat. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone and you don’t have to navigate these tough times by yourself. I help people like you come out of survival mode so you can focus on what matters most and finally start feeling like yourself.

I am so glad you're here. I understand how daunting it can be to take steps towards healing. Perhaps you feel misunderstood by the people around you. Or perhaps you are accustomed to confronting problems alone, without the help of others. Whatever you might be facing, I want to assure you that you are not alone. I am honored to walk alongside you as you step outside of your comfort zone to embark on your journey to growth and self-discovery. I offer warm and collaborative therapy to individuals and couples who are seeking to work through past traumas, intense emotions, and challenges with identity.

My primary modalities are relational Gestalt and somatic therapy, grounded in my spiritual practice of Zen Buddhism, ancestral traditions, and mystic connections.
Being human is hard. Sometimes, it can feel like we’re running in circles or sleepwalking through life on autopilot with racing thoughts that clutter the mind and paralyze the spirit. Overwhelmed by the weight of emptiness in the heart, but maybe already skipping or spiraling ahead to the next step to carry on with the performance of this existence because “everything is fine.” The show must go on, right? There may be limitations, even detrimental consequences, to filling the void with excessive distractions. How did too much become never enough?

I have been a somatic therapist for 15+ years and find that extremely helpful to people.
My name is Judith Rosenberg. I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in community leadership development and strong skills in dealing with trauma. I especially enjoy working with women to navigate life transitions. My ideal client has a strong desire to improve their life and is willing to work for it. They may be suffering greatly and may have already tried many approaches to relieve their suffering, but now they are motivated to change.

My approach to therapy is based on somatic modalities such as Brainspotting and EMDR, which allows for deeper healing than traditional talk therapy.
You’ve been carrying the weight of responsibility on your shoulders for a long time, but right now it feels like it’s too much to bear. The demands of caring for your extended family have left you with no time or energy to take care of yourself, let alone enjoy your life. You’ve given so much of yourself to others, only to be left with this heavy combination of anger, sadness, and anxiety. The past seems to follow you everywhere you go, and remembering parts of it has the potential to ruin your whole day. Though you want your life to feel different, you’re also scared of change, because at least the pain you’re in feels familiar.

Having a good relationship with oneself is a process and a practice, and can be cultivated through the therapeutic process. Every relationship is dependent on how we talk to ourselves, and this inner conversation is what therapy can shift. If you have the willingness, huge transformation is possible. I am in this field to help people sort out a way through and beyond unnecessary suffering, and towards deep peace with themselves and others. I have successfully treated high-functioning CEOs as well as people traumatized, addicted, and broke. Being human is challenging, and with the right support, beautiful. Call. I can help!

Hello, my name is Dino Petruzzi and I am a LMFT Licensed in California. I have been a therapist for the past 7 years. My approach to therapy is to be compassionate and non-judgmental with my clients. My focus is on the client and what they need to get out of each session. I would describe my theoretical approach as a cross between humanistic and compassionate inquiry where both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories, and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
