Life is full of challenges which may include difficulty in one's personal relationships. Seeking therapy can be intimidating, but I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for one to share their thoughts and feelings. Therapy provides a healthy outlet to learn new skills to improve interpersonal relationships and overall mental health. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and have been in the field for the past 20 years. I thoroughly enjoy working with the adult population. I personally know how therapy can help tremendously during low periods of life. Therapy should provide mental healing and wholeness!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my therapeutic approach is catered to the specific needs of my clients. I have experience working with trauma survivors and those dealing with depression and anxiety. My goal is to assist my client with gaining insight for personal growth, healing and change.
