Staying Grounded Anxiety Support Group
It is time to get together with others who struggle with anxiety and talk about ways that are helping us cope with it in daily life. This is an online weekly support group that meets in Zoom. The intake process will be a wonderful way to get connected and as soon as we have two or more participants we will get it going.
