I’m a warm, compassionate, and persistent 51-year-old who loves this work. Clients often feel like they’re having an insightful, heartfelt conversation rather than a formal therapy session. I create a space of deep listening and acceptance where you can explore your inner world safely and honestly. By helping you understand and care for the parts of yourself that carry pain or conflict, we ease anxiety and depression and open the door to greater balance and emotional freedom.

We have worked on them together, usually with satisfying success for all concerned.

I am a couple’s therapist here to help you heal relationship stress that prevents you from moving further forward in your partnership. These emotions leave you feeling insecure, shameful, lonely, unworthy, and stuck in unhealthy patterns of behavior. Clients I work with often have tried therapy before and found it helpful but incomplete, or they might be looking for something more profound. They are seeking a genuine, collaborative therapeutic relationship that avoids pathologizing or rushing the process. They may also need help making sense of their suffering without reducing it to a diagnosis, while still gaining practical grounding and emotional regulation.
