I believe that the capacity to thrive lives in your hands, heart, and imagination. As your therapist, I will work with you to uncover your own inherent wisdom. With your wise self in the room, we can explore how parts of you may feel lost or left out. As your wise self learns to take up more space in your life, you may come to realize that the painful parts of you are just that: a part of you, and that your life is not defined by these parts. I will help you to realize that you are indeed amazing, capable, and loved.

We will take a deep look at troublesome symptoms like depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and chronic health issues. In order to make real changes to your life, we will define habitual coping patterns that are built into your mind and body, namely your unique defensive structure, and slowly uncover difficult past events and feelings that you buried to survive. These character aspects are now blocking your healthy self-expressions and authentic self. Eventually your growing self-awareness and the release of long-held emotions will take you to a new life phase.

Are you a part of a community, in a relationship, a family, or a line of work that used to feel supportive but now feels costly? Do you feel like your performing, always "on," on guard, or run down as a result? Do you feel afraid of change because the stakes are so high? As a therapist I understand and walk the complicated terrain of change with my clients. Many are LGBTQ+ people seeking support in affirming their identity, navigating relationships, family systems, or religious environments, couples entering a new season or seeking to improve trust and communication, men navigating career, family, and mid life, and cult survivors.

Maybe you don’t know exactly what’s wrong, but something feels like it’s missing. Therapy is a place to explore what hurts, what matters, and what might need to change. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I work with the bigger things: love, suffering, purpose. I work with the smaller things: a bad first date, a frustrating colleague, a stressful family holiday. In our work together, there’s room for all of it. I’m especially interested in understanding who you are, what you’ve been through, and where you might like to go next.

Sensitive, creative individuals often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, and the weight of past traumas. These struggles might show up in relationship conflicts, career uncertainty, or a sense of being stuck in inertia or depression. Doing deep personal work in therapy offers a chance to explore the roots of your anxiety, understand your patterns, and find meaningful relief. Through self-exploration, insight, and gradual healing, you can release what holds you back and move toward clarity, calm, and lasting growth. You can find your sense of belonging, self-worth, and safety to start living the most "you" life possible.

My ideal clients are adults and couples who sense that something important lies beneath their symptoms and recurring patterns. They may struggle with chronic depression, trauma, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, often feeling stuck despite insight or prior therapy. Many are highly motivated, achievement-focused professionals who are self-reliant yet caught in self-defeating patterns. They seek depth-oriented, psychoanalytic work and may be open to experiential approaches, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

For them I offer a Jungian Analytic approach.
I have worked with many different people from all walks of life facing difficulties from serious mental illness to crisis in their personal lives. However, I have been particularly interested in working with men. Many men find psychotherapy unappealing; they'd rather solve their problems on their own.

I work with the belief that each person carries a rich internal landscape, often shaped by early experiences, unconscious stories, and deep emotional currents. By paying attention to symbolic language, recurring patterns, and emotional responses, we can uncover the deeper threads that run through your life and help you make meaning of them in a way that empowers you. I am trauma focused, a member of the LGBTQ community, KINK/BDSM, poly positive and affirming. In our work together, I strive to meet you in your world, to understand how you see and feel things, and to collaborate on a path that supports your growth and your truth.

Thanks for visiting my site. Your struggles may have brought you to this website, but I believe that you are more than your "symptoms". We often find ourselves struggling with our own struggles rather than using our inherent resilience and strengths to continue traveling in the direction that holds deeper meaning for us.

In our shared space, together, we will bring you closer toward yourself. Perhaps your emotions feel confusing and scary - too big or nonexistent. Our work will reconnect you with them - hopefully giving you access to a more vibrant and depthful life. Your inner world should feel exciting and enticing, not chaotic or bland. You deserve to trust yourself. I support couples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and those with complex trauma, accompanying them in feeling secure as they go deeper into themselves. Our therapy is not about me having the answers; it’s about walking alongside you as you encounter your own.

I offer the support and safety in which to explore the vast and intricate landscapes of yourself. Body, mind, spirit, heart, and imagination, as well as how it feels to be you in the world, all hold importance in my work. I believe that freedom and fulfillment come from the experience of a full spectrum of feelings. Fear, love, grief, anger, sadness, jealousy, joy, and reverence all hold a place inside of us. By making space for all of our feelings, we become intimate with ourselves. What you celebrate about yourself, the hidden or unclaimed parts of yourself, and everything in between have a place in therapy.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
