I use an integrative approach rooted in Imago, EFT, Gottman, and polyvagal theory, synthesized into my 4-R Model: Recognize, Regulate, Reveal, Repair.
If you love your partner but feel stuck in painful communication patterns, you're not alone. Conversations escalate faster than you expect, or shut down just as you're trying to be honest. The same issues come up again and again, and even though you've done personal growth work or tried therapy, things still don't change in real life. On the outside, your relationship may look solid. On the inside, you may feel disconnected, misunderstood, or emotionally alone. You don't need to be told to "communicate better" or try harder. You need a way to stay grounded when emotions rise.

My view on therapy is very simple, though not always easy: 'through relationships, we heal’. Many of the barriers that inhibit healthy relationships include negative self-talk, fear of judgement, and our need to maintain a sense of control, especially when we are deeply hurt or wounded. Trauma does not discriminate and it does not wait for an opportune time to present, but we can make sense of it and heal old wounds that hold us back from really connecting with those we love.

My approach to psychotherapy is dynamic, creative, and attuned to each unique individual's needs. I do depth oriented work that supports lasting psychological change because we are working at healing the root cause of psychological suffering. I work with people who come to therapy for different reasons wether it be anxiety/depression, issues related childhood trauma of all kinds, relationship challenges, dealing with a chronic health condition, a life transition, or wether it is simply for personal growth, awakening, and psychological healing.

You may appear capable and put-together, yet feel lonely or unsure in your closest relationships. Even when you’re partnered or successful at work, a quiet sense of not fully belonging can linger. You might overextend yourself to keep the peace, question your worth after conflict, or feel the ache of estrangement or complicated family ties. Workplace dynamics and power stress can add another layer of isolation. Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the patterns beneath the anxiety and disconnection.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY: You are one of a kind. There has never been anyone like you and never will be again. Therapy is a place where you have the opportunity to know yourself in a deep and intimate way. The journey towards wholeness begins with embracing (and discovering) our many and often rejected parts that comprise our authentic self. Wounds, triggers and defenses exist for a reason and represent the internal maps that lead to healing. COUPLES THERAPY: Relationships are the path to knowing who we are and I believe that what needs to be healed presents itself through the struggles and dynamics that get activated in partnership.
