Do you feel as though you need tactile ways to manage stress and anxiety related to past traumas, sport performance or burnout? I offer Somatic Experiencing, a mind-body approach to heal trauma, increase emotional regulation and increase inner resiliency to past, current and future stress. I also offer coaching to higher functioning individuals and athletes. If you are a couple, I may be able to help improve your communication and trust. Ideally, after 8-10 sessions, you will be your own coach in stressful times and consult me as an as-needed basis (more cost-effective) as both an individual or as a couple.
I have a coaching certificate that may improve your performance in sports and in your business, utilize an attachment perspective in conflict resolution and relationships, and am a trauma specialist. My hope is for you to have tangible take-aways, feel empowered, and come to me as needed after you've felt like you have met your goals.
