Seeking out therapy is a very heroic action in and of itself, perhaps your first proactive step into redefining your sense of self, creating a new life story, and taking a leap into the direction of self-care. If you are reading this, you may be in a state of uncertainty, or perhaps connected more deeply than you would like to be to the effects of depression, anxiety, or your daily life situations. Maybe, you are wrestling in a relationship with someone you love; perhaps, finding the words to communicate who you are and how you feel may seem unattainable and challenging at best.
Hello and welcome! It is not easy taking that first step to get help. However, the effort and time you put into working towards bettering yourself can be life changing! Whether it is anxiety, life challenges, and/or stress I would love to work with you, support you and be there during your journey.

As a therapist, and fellow human, I believe you are worthy of encouragement, kindness, and respect. I believe you deserve support as you face challenges. I believe you deserve the confidence and fulfillment you seek. Distressing past events can leave us defeated and disconnected. Major life transitions can be overwhelming. Depression & anxiety can rob us of vitality and mental peace. Painful conflicts with our partner can leave one feeling alone, dejected and hopeless about relationship. In my work, I strive to create a welcoming space that allows clients to feel encouraged, feel understood, and feel capable of positive change.

I welcome those who find themselves in the unknown spaces of their lives, when transitions or change are calling them to shed what no longer serves them, and become more of who they truly are. I sit with you as a collaborative ally in the discovery of your own unique inner voice. While we may seek to understand old limiting beliefs, our deeper journey is toward uncovering the part of you that naturally moves towards its greatest wholeness and aliveness. Together we find the resources you already have to support your unfolding process.
Therapy can be Fun, Exciting, and Inspiring. (I get back to everyone within 12 hours.) You're hesitant since it's your first time in therapy; perhaps you have given up hope. You feel empty, hopeless, and depressed. Every day is a struggle due to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Maybe you have past family trauma that hasn't been dealt with. Maybe there are cultural confines that have made you feel shackled, lost, and voiceless. I help people who are dealing with depression and anxiety have a new experience by exploring other possibilities to cope as well as becoming more self-aware which can lead to different choices.
