Are you feeling completely overwhelmed—whether from painful or traumatic experiences, feeling unsafe or unsettled in a partner relationship, or the demands of a high-performance career? You might feel constantly on edge, react in ways that don’t make sense to you, or question whether your relationship is “normal.” Or, despite checking all the boxes of success, you may feel exhausted, empty, or like an imposter. These experiences can leave you anxious or drained, but in working together, you can reclaim balance, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels safe, fulfilling, and authentically you.

Hi! (: I’m Dr. Sasha Faust (she/her), a licensed clinical psychologist in California. I absolutely love my job and feel so very honored to support people through their healing, growth, and self-discovery! Research consistently shows that the most effective and healing part of therapy is the relationship itself. Because of this, my primary goal is to create a space where you feel deeply safe, heard, understood, supported, valued, and validated.

I work with people who carry the imprint of trauma and early attachment wounds. Feeling invisible while trying to appease others, experiencing sudden waves of anxiety, or growing familiar with loneness are just some of the ways trauma can linger in our bodies and lives. I offer a space where you can feel safe to show up as you are—with vulnerability and honesty. Through genuine attunement, I support people in reconnecting with themselves, releasing patterns rooted in survival, and cultivating a deeper sense of safety and aliveness.

Hi! I’m Wenjing, a queer & ENM/CNM-affirming bilingual (Mandarin) trauma-focused therapist. Do you feel like you’re living between different worlds? Or spend sessions explaining your culture or relationship before getting to the real work? I get it, because I’ve lived it. Born in China, I’ve lived across Hong Kong, the UK, Denmark, and the US. Before therapy, I spent a decade in marketing at companies like P&G and PepsiCo. This multicultural journey shaped my understanding of navigating between worlds and identity exploration. I’m passionate about serving the BIPOC/AAPI, LGBTQ+, and CNM/ENM communities.

People often think therapy is a place to vent; it definitely CAN be that - validation is important. Therapy is also a place where you are challenged to see things differently, face your fears and take steps toward creating the life you deserve. It can be scary, which is why having a therapist is so helpful. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but I will point out the barriers in your way (even the ones you might be accidentally putting there yourself), so you can overcome them. Therapy can be long-term, but it doesn't have to be. Part of my job is to help you become your own therapist, so you don't need me as much (or at all!)

You may be carrying pain that no one sees—old trauma, a sense of unworthiness, or the exhaustion of navigating life while feeling disconnected from yourself and others. These struggles can leave you questioning your strength or wondering if real change is possible. I understand that feeling deeply. My own path to becoming a therapist was shaped by surviving childhood trauma and chronic illness—experiences that taught me just how much courage it takes to move through pain. That lived experience fuels my belief in healing, and it shapes the steady, compassionate presence I offer in therapy.

The strongest person is the one who knows when to ask for help. Everyone struggles, but why do some people handle life's challenges so well? My goal is to help my clients have a happy and fulfilling life. What this means is clearly different from person to person. My aim is to identify the behaviors that are keeping this from happening, implement these changes, practice them in real life and moving on. I am a short term-solution focused therapist. The more you do outside of therapy, the faster you can achieve the changes you desire.

You look like you have it all together, but inside you’re battling anxiety, self-criticism, and the fear of not being enough. The pressure to perform perfectly in your work, relationships, and life is exhausting. You lie awake replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, and wondering why you can’t just “get over it.” Even when things seem fine from the outside, there’s a constant hum of worry, self-doubt, or the weight of past trauma that keeps you feeling stuck, disconnected, and running on empty. I offer in-person therapy in San Diego, CA, and online therapy across California, Indiana, and Ohio.
