My role as a therapist is to help you process your thoughts and emotions, assist you in developing effective coping strategies, and help you formulate clear, achievable goals to create positive, sustainable change in your life. I view therapy as a collaborative effort and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to achieving successful outcomes. In our work together, I will utilize various therapeutic interventions and knowledge in an effort to help you identify patterns, triggers, and behaviors that may be contributing to your feelings of distress or discontent.
