Some days, just getting through feels like a full-time job—your mind racing with worry, your body weighed down by exhaustion, or flashes of the past surfacing when you least expect them. In our work together, we’ll take a gentle, steady approach to understanding these experiences and helping you reconnect with a sense of possibility and strength.

I work with adults and families across diverse backgrounds, and I am fluent in Farsi and Spanish.
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healing begins with connection. My path into this work has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the ways our minds and bodies hold stories. Before becoming a marriage and family, I have spent many years practicing as an osteopathic manual therapist, yoga therapist, and a fitness coach helping people reconnect with their bodies and discover resilience from within. Those experiences continue to guide me today as I support clients in integrating mind and body in their journey of growth.

As a Mental Health Therapist, I embarked on my journey of self-development in 2014, catalyzed by a life-altering panic attack during a traumatic event. Initially feeling isolated in my struggles, I sought help and immersed myself in various modalities aimed at nurturing my soul back to health. Through years of introspection and growth, I came to appreciate the profound significance of therapy as a safe haven, cultivating self-awareness, and harnessing the transformative potential of cognitive techniques. That's when I made the choice to transition from my role as an engineer to become a therapist.

I conduct therapy in Spanish, Farsi and French, aside from English.
We each have our answers within us. However, at times, life experiences can be so devastating that we may develop reactive and defensive patterns of coping. I believe in the unlimited potential of the human spirit and strive to help individuals break away from destructive patterns and follow their inner Wisdom so
they are able to live fully and purposefully.
