It can be overwhelming when anxiety, postpartum struggles, or major life changes leave you feeling unsteady and unsure of yourself. Even if everything looks “okay” on the outside, inside you might feel isolated, exhausted, or stuck between who you’ve been and who you want to become. My personal and professional experiences have played a pivotal role in motivating me to pursue a career as a mental health clinician. Witnessing the challenges faced by others, along with my own journey of self-discovery, ignited a deep desire to help people navigate their emotional and mental health struggles.

Anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles can quietly shape how you see yourself and the people around you. You may find yourself overthinking conversations, feeling emotionally drained, or unsure how to communicate what you truly need. I earned my MSW from San Diego State University in 2007 and became a mental health clinician because understanding people’s experiences and helping them navigate difficult moments has always felt meaningful to me. I support adults 18+ facing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges while helping them reconnect with clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of self.

I enjoy working with adult clients who will value the work they put into therapy as much as the work they get out. I work with couples, families, and individuals all of whom want to create a better environment for themselves to thrive in. As a woman I can relate to the harsh realities of life that encourage women to compete for joy without the same resources or standards as many others. Relationship therapy in particular is a specialty of mine and I work with couples of all spectrums move through seemingly impenetrable challenges. Families can also find themselves comfortable in my therapy office.
