I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in Rancho Bernardo. I am currently working through telehealth only, and I generally work with clients shorter term (3-6 months). I primarily work in the morning and early afternoon. I have been trained in the following approaches: *Cognitive Therapy, which helps people improve their mood and functioning by increasing awareness of the thoughts they have associated with different kinds of distress. *Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT helps individuals stop avoiding and struggling with unwanted thoughts, feelings, and memories, and improve ability to pursue valued goals.

I have worked in an outpatient setting since 2013 where I worked with a variety of individuals. I primarily worked with individuals who struggled with Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, life changes and transitions, stress management, interpersonal relationships, members of the Deaf community and LGBT+ community.

I conduct comprehensive assessments for ADHD/ADD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Math Disorder, Nonverbal Learning Disorder, and other processing deficits that can affect learning and academic performance. I also have unique experience with medical conditions that affect learning, such as premature birth, in utero drug exposure, head injury, seizure disorders, and genetic syndromes. I focus on discovering your, or your child's, strengths and weaknesses so that the best mode of learning is clear. I also make recommendations for home and school interventions and accommodations; that is, I help you with a plan of action.
