Everyone is unique. We experience unique challenges, from life transitions, relationship issues, to dealing with anxiety, stress, lack of focus or motivation. While struggling to live a more effective and efficient daily life, communicate our wants and needs, break down bad habits or acquire good ones, or accomplish difficult task and achieve personal goals. My role as a Behavior Analyst is to recognize your challenges, identify patterns of behavior and highlight your strengths, in order to reach your short and long-term goals. I am certified and trained in Positive Behavior Support and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
