I use a holistic, integrative approach to focus on the whole-person and address mind, body, spirit, as they are all inter-connected.
I am a trauma-informed therapist certified in EMDR and Brainspotting therapy. These methods help relieve symptoms from trauma or any distressing life event(s) or stressor(s). I’m passionate about working with young adults and adults all across the life span and create a safe and supportive space for you to connect with your true selves and find healing.
