With cognitive behavioral strategies, I provide techniques to manage and reduce negative symptoms by tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs.
My specialties include working with adults and teens that have experienced trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, neglect and emotional abuse. I have an extensive background working with minorities, including sexual minorities, transgender youth/adults, and their families, with expertise in navigating the transitioning process, and beyond.
