What if healing could feel creative, playful, and even a little magical? Together, we can explore your story through talk, art, embodied movement, nature-based practices, and imagination. I support queer adults, people seeking healthier relationships, clients healing from trauma, grief, or old patterns, and anyone looking to reconnect with motivation, energy, or that spark of “oomph” in life.

I create a space that feels safe, grounding, and real, where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and move through life with more clarity and intention. Depending on your needs, outcomes might look like setting boundaries without guilt, finding language for your emotions, working through grief or trauma, or simply learning how to be kinder to yourself. I follow your lead while offering tools, reflection, and support along the way. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel more like yourself.

Audre Lorde wrote, “There is no such thing as a single-issue struggle because we do not live single-issue lives”. I believe and practice from this framework. We are relational beings connected to each other and society. At the intersections of ourselves and community, we may meet Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and complex Relationships. Getting to know these Problems helps us to understand their origins and find solutions.

You don’t need to be fixed. But you might be longing to be met—with presence, care, and attunement that doesn’t rush to change you, but stays long enough for you to remember how to be with yourself. That’s where I begin.
I help people come home—to their bodies, breath, and the quiet knowing already within. Not by solving, but by slowing down.
Clients have called our work “a vacation to the truth,” “a conduit of my own healing,” and “a space where I feel so seen and held… that never happens—and it’s priceless.”

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful aspects of our lives. When something feels off, everything else can feel harder. You may be feeling stuck in the same arguments, wanting closeness but overwhelmed by the distance that keeps showing up between you. You may be craving emotional closeness but feeling like every attempt to reach for it somehow misses the mark. You may be feeling the strain of mismatched sexual desire or challenges in sex and intimacy. You want a therapist who understands the dynamics of queer partnerships or polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships.

I have almost 20 years of experience working with wonderful children and young adults with difficult behaviors and struggles, and their families. I have been running my private practice for 6 years and, 4 years ago, started building a farm sanctuary where I hold children’s therapeutic camps and equine assisted and farm play therapy. I have a lot of unique training and education that sets me apart. I am a skilled big picture thinker and can help guide you and your family through the process, gaining clarity along the way. I am playful and gentle in my therapy, and easily connect with my clients, big and small, authentically.

I truly believe that it is important to have healthy, loving relationships, with oneself, friends, partners, and family, and I take pleasure in being a part of the process! I enjoy working with adult individuals and couples who are open to new ideas when they feel as though they’ve tried it all. My focus is individual adult males struggling with various life issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relational issues and day to day stressors. Ultimately I will help individuals and couples process through issues that are difficult to face on your own, and I am excited to guide clients through that journey.

If you have ever felt abandoned, alienated, angry, or helpless, you know those feelings can be excruciating. It might feel like you have no choice over your reactions and that you're doomed to be anxious forever. Or, it can feel like your only choice is to run into the woods where you can’t hurt anyone and no one can affect you. My work is rooted in the belief that distress is a signal and that all emotions have purpose. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) I help clients sort out internal messages so they can have the space to choose and learn who they truly are.

Hey ! I believe we all carry an innate capacity to gain perspective, repair and healing, but sometimes that can feel unimaginable. We lose our sense of self. We put enormous pressure on ourselves. In moments like these, therapy offers a space to welcome the cracks and let the light in.
Therapy can help us unwind the trances of unworthiness and find relief. It’s not always smooth—sometimes change is bumpy. That’s part of the process. It’s here that we access our humanness and begin to integrate our complex experiences.

Many of the clients I work with are managing intense internal experiences, like anxiety, trauma, identity confusion, dissociation, or mood swings— all while trying to function day to day. They often feel overwhelmed or disconnected but long for clarity, relief, and real connection. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including women, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent individuals. I also support anyone on their spiritual journey, no matter what that looks like. You don’t need to have it all figured out—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Do any of these sound like your experience? A child grieving the loss of a loved one, getting in fights at school. A high-achieving teen feeling off-track and overwhelmed. A young adult recently diagnosed with ADHD or Autism, feeling both relief and lost on what to do. An adult processing religious trauma or navigating the aftermath of a breakup. A parent who’s noticing their teen's behavior shifting—whether through mood swings, anxiety, or withdrawal—and wants to understand how to better support them.
