I work with clients who may be struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and anxiety.
If you’re feeling stuck in cycles around food and body image, you're definitely not alone. Many of the people I work with feel discouraged by what seems like a never-ending battle against themselves, their eating disorder behaviors, and sometimes even their treatment providers. They are often searching for a way to approach recovery that feels individualized and sustainable. As an eating disorder therapist, I attempt to provide a safe and non-punitive space for clients to discover what recovery looks like for them.

Depending on the day (or the moment), it all leaves you feeling anxious, resentful, or hopeless.
During my 20+ years as a therapist, I’ve come to see that the key to successful therapy is meeting my clients where they are & adapting the strategies I use to fit them. While the actual path looks different for everyone I work with, the destination is the same: a life where you stop adapting or pretending and start living in a way that actually fits you.
