I feel like therapy chose me, not the other way around. My career started in community mental health, where I worked with low-income adults struggling with severe mental and emotional problems. My passion for helping those who are hurting and broken has kept me in this profession. I have trained and taught countless new therapists to love the profession and serve with excellence. Having been in the field for 18 years, I remain committed to eliminating the stigma that prevents so many from getting the mental health care they need by walking alongside those who are hurting.

Welcome and congratulations on starting your venture to self-growth! I recognize that seeking help may not be easy, whether you are just beginning or continuing your therapeutic journey. How we allow these stressors to affect our lives is the most important. I am a LMFT with years of experience treating adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, trauma, parenting, life changes, people pleasing, poor boundaries, and maladaptive thinking patterns.

Our wounds have openings into some of the best parts of us. Whether it's a loss, depression, relationship change or anxiety, life can cause deep wounds that feel unbearable to endure. Having a safe space to explore your fears, insecurities, doubt, hurt, mental brain fog, apathy, anger and pain in therapy is the first step in healing those wounds.

Hello, my name is Letitia, and I would like to welcome and acknowledge you for taking this step. Just like the waves in the ocean, life often presents us with its ups and downs. Those ups and downs show up in people’s lives differently and can become too challenging to manage. Seeking help is not always easy, and for many it can be a scary, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar thing to do, and that is okay.
