Do you know what you want?
Do you want to be free? Happy? Relaxed in your body? Content? Passionate and sexy? Courageous in the face of fear? More connected to your partner or to the Divine?
How do you get in the way of living the life you want?
Do you constantly judge yourself? Noticing all the ways you "fail" to live up to way you "should" be.
Or do you tend to direct that criticism outwards? Blaming others, feeling envy, or always waiting for external circumstances to line up just right so you can finally live how you want.

Our mission is to master the art and science of engaging the innate human capacity for healing.
It isn't enough to just go through the motions of life and get from day to day on survival mode. Human beings have an in depth need of expressing their creativity, having purpose and meaning, connecting to others, and living by their most important values. Most people live in fear and avoidance, which ultimately makes people feel anxious, alone, and creates an underlined expression of sadness. Having a therapist, who not only listens, but also teaches important life skills, is what helps people to make long lasting improvements in their lives. Whether it involves an individual, couple, or a family, most people are better able to create the change they seek when they have the skills and tools to do so. Whether you are struggling with daily life stressors or much bigger issues there is always hope for getting your situation to change for the better. Problems can not be solved on the same level of thinking in which they were created. Our overall goal is to support you with unraveling all the unnecessary layers that you have accumulated so that you can clearly see the best parts of yourself and live a life with more joy, fullfillment, and peace of mind.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that may have minimized your self-esteem leading to feelings of anxiety and depression.
By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge.
Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
I hold a container of acceptance in the therapy room, while searching for its meaning and resolution.

Oftentimes, those who appear the most "put-together" are those who feel they are on the edge of falling apart. We are shaped by all of our experiences, which can sometimes result in us engaging with life in ways that feel painful, discouraging, upsetting, or confusing. I offer a space to focus on mindfulness, skill integration, and reflection to explore deeper aspects of the self. Although confronting what we keep hidden can feel overwhelming, giving a voice to the thoughts and feelings that influence actions can illuminate root causes, shifting unconscious patterns and leading to lives we are excited to live.

Hello and welcome. Life experiences can be complex, challenging, at times confusing and overwhelming. While this is all so normal, many folks struggle to navigate the difficulty of these experiences. I truly believe we’re not meant to struggle through these waves all on our own. I have experienced how effective therapy can be in helping people move through past traumas, in transforming their lives and having more space for peace, connection, joy and freedom. I love my work with children, teens and adults, and have found it to be so gratifying to take part in the steady unfolding of an individual's or family’s transformation.

Dream analysis, art, writing, music, nature and opening ourselves to synchronicity via wandering geographies are all powerful ways to do this.
People arrive at Jungian analysis for a variety of reasons, a life difficulty, trauma, crossroads, challenges with human relationships, curiosity around dreams and creativity, or a hunger to learn and explore Jungian topics. Jungian work is about reclaiming one's narrative, through integration of unconscious and conscious aspects of the self. This work can help a person feel more authentic, balanced and whole (the Jungian concept of individuation) or 'living life to one's own truest state'.
I support a broad range of clients and work with people across the United States and Europe, with ages ranging from the 20s to 80s.

Art Therapy
How does art therapy work?
The process of making art allows people to express themselves. Art-making can take many forms, such as painting, collage, or sculpting. The therapist asks questions that the work elicits, such as how the person felt while creating their piece, or if any memories surfaced that they can discuss. The therapist will then work with the patient to process their experience, understand themselves better, and work toward change.
Does art therapy help with trauma?
Art therapy can be a valuable treatment option for those suffering from trauma. Traumatic experiences such as combat, rape, or childhood abuse can be so painful that articulating them can be too scary or painful; creating art allows people to express themselves without words, and tell their story in a different way. The physical nature of creating art can also help people feel rooted in the body, which may benefit those who feel disconnected from their body in the aftermath of trauma.
How long does art therapy last?
The duration of art therapy varies, but a common length for treatment is 10 to 15 weekly sessions. Some people may see improvement in just a few weeks, while others may choose to remain in therapy longer term. Patients should periodically discuss their goals with their therapist to make sure the two are aligned on process and progress.
What are the limitations of art therapy?
Art therapy is helpful for many people, but a limitation is that it doesn’t have as robust an evidence base as other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy. The evidence on art therapy is mixed; some research demonstrates its benefits, while other research suggests that it has little impact on patients.
