I specialize in working with teens. Life consistently requires us to adjust and that is hard. I am an Air Force veteran with a passionate in helping others. I was born in the Philippines but raised in Maryland. After graduating from high school, I made the decision to serve in the United States Air Force as an Equal Opportunity Advisor. During my time in the military, I came face-to-face with trauma and learned about the complexity of the human brain. It became evident to me that having a trusted person by your side can alleviate emotional intensity.
