I utilize many different theories and interventions, but my work is largely guided by Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Brainspotting.
No matter how—or when—anxiety or OCD show up, they always take a toll. Your child might be struggling with school refusal, fears, or constant reassurance-seeking. Your teen might be shut down, panicked, or stuck in obsessive thoughts. As an adult, your anxiety may show up as chronic worry, perfectionism, or even unexplained physical pain. You might be supporting a young adult who’s stuck and unsure how to move forward. No matter how you—or the people you love—are experiencing anxiety or OCD, you want relief, and a therapist who can meet you where you're at.

My approach is holistic, integrating mindfulness, somatic practices, and brainspotting to create lasting change.
You've experienced worry in the past but it didn't impact you like this. Your sense of direction, your passions, and the things that brought you joy felt clear. Now, that certainty is distant. Life’s transitions, changes, and even traumas may have left you feeling overwhelmed, with anxiety growing stronger. It might feel like you’re simply surviving rather than truly living. The ways you’ve learned to push through—whether from your upbringing, family, or the past, aren't working. But you don’t have to keep fighting anxiety alone. I specialize in helping teens and women in life transition exchange worry for clarity and ease.

I am a Certified in Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and am trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model and Brainspotting.
I offer a pragmatic approach designed to help clients identify and change behaviors that are preventing them from living the life they want. We all developed coping strategies when we were young to protect ourselves. While they helped us survive at the time, they are often the very things holding us back now.

If you are in crisis we can do some Brainspotting (BSP) to start.
Welcome! If you have tried other therapies a depth approach may hold the difference you have been seeking. Many clients find my practice after years trying other therapies, seeking something a bit deeper, more meaningful, more insightful, perhaps even spiritually connected. As individuals, our psyches are bound to our early childhood and family experiences. Attachment experiences are hard-wired into our brains before we can choose what to pay attention to. This is why we experience the repeating patterns of intergenerational trauma, which then manifest in our own unhealthy patterns. Reach out if you are ready for change!

I practice from a psycho-dynamic, attachment lens and have specialized training in Brainspotting, ERP, Havening, CBT, DBT, ACT.
Many of us struggle with the core belief of "I'm not enough" or "I’m not good enough". This negative core belief plays out in romance, relationships, work and affects the simplest ways we carry ourselves throughout the day. Through therapy, we reconsider the old, worn-out, negative ways of thinking and feeling about ourselves and embrace a new truth. A truth (both authentic and strength-based) that gives us permission to see ourselves as whole beings who are inherently “Enough”. I work with people who are hurting and who need to show themselves more: kindness, compassion, trust, understanding, respect, belief, acceptance and love.

I blend somatic therapy, talk therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, and mindfulness to help my clients connect to themselves more deeply & move towards a place of healing and self-compassion.
Most of us have been conditioned since childhood to ignore the messages our bodies are trying to communicate.
If you’ve spent years pushing through discomfort but still experience chronic pain, digestive issues, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, depression, or burnout, your body may be calling for attention in ways beyond words.
In therapy, we practice slowing down, listening to your body, and building awareness of the emotions and sensations that shape your experience. Through this process, you can reconnect with yourself, strengthen relationships, and engage with the world in a more meaningful way.

I am passionate about working with trauma, anxiety, and depression with narrative therapy, self-compassion, parts work, and brainspotting.
I help clients dealing with the impacts of trauma, stress, anxiety, fatigue, or low self-worth get out of that survival mode and get back to being present and engaged in their lives. I also specialize in working with first responders and spouses. Dealing with stressors and difficult experiences is an inevitable part of life, but how it impacts us doesn't have to be. I use an integrative and nervous system-informed approach to help you move forward and feel more connected and regulated. We work together to find the source of your struggles for deeper change.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.
Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.
How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.
How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
