And grief and loss hover dangerously near us . Old age is an opportunity – and maybe our last opportunity - to find contentment, peace and ease, in spite of intense emotional and physical states that old age brings. It’s a chance to really get to know ourselves more intimately and to accept what is. I work with older adults who are interested in exploring the complexities of aging while making meaning out of life and practicing acceptance.
