I have worked with a variety of clients who have experienced loss, anxiety, depression and family issues; women who have experienced sexual abuse and abandonment; adolescent and children experiencing anxiety; troubled teens; grandparents raising grandchildren; adult children taking care of aging parents; divorce and death of a loved one; and phase of life changes.
I take a client-center approach to counselling; facilitate co-parenting/parenting classes; and I am certified as a Parent Project Facilitator for strong willed children.
