My clients come to me when they're experiencing emotional and/or mental distress and just want the pain to stop...now. They are sleep-deprived (or the opposite), stressed over college, depressed about work, angry or indifferent to everyone, anxious, frustrated by everything! Their stomachs hurt and heads ache. The problems may stem from unmet needs (love, belonging, self-esteem), various issues (anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, chronic pain) or not meeting personal or life goals. While change can feel difficult and scary, you can learn powerful, safe ways through as you progress to becoming the person you truly want to be.

I've been in practice over 15 years specializing in anxiety, depression, divorce and relationships, major life transitions and substance abuse (having worked at the top treatment centers in the US). My core client groups are men, working professionals, high net worth individuals and LGBTQ+. I use my extensive training in Depth Psychotherapy to help individuals become aware of unconscious forces that drive behaviors.

I have been a licensed therapist for over 30 years in CA, FL and HI. My practice includes tools for the conscious mind-Psychotherapy with EMDR, the subconscious mind- Hypnotherapy and the Higher Conscious mind- Spirit Energy Therapy. I am also an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II). Allow me to assist you on your journey of self-discovery to increase your awareness and mindfulness, to hear and get to know your Truth within and find greater joy in life. We will include tools to help tune up and balance your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves.

It takes vulnerability and courage to reach out and ask for support. Simply being a human being means that we will, at times, be challenged, overwhelmed, frustrated, confused, anxious and/or scared. This is normal and it is true for everyone. It is part of the human experience. Often we are able to navigate life challenges on our own. However, there are times where reaching out for support and guidance is the best decision we can possibly make. Times where we feel stuck and unable to find our way through life's difficulties. Times where we want to get back to our best selves as soon as possible.

Whether you need help navigating a short term crisis, or you want to take a deep dive into existential questions about the meaning of life, teletherapy can help. While video therapy can be stressful and distracting at times, conversations over the phone are usually more grounded and internally focused.
