Do you suffer from stress, anxiety, or intrusive memories of past trauma, or feel overwhelmed, demoralized, or burned out? Do you find it challenging to relax or to feel motivated? Are you struggling with grief from experiences of loss? I facilitate recovery from anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress caused by childhood trauma, bullying, traumatic loss, workplace trauma, combat, health crises, and collective trauma experiences such as war, genocides, oppression, and climate trauma. I also work with medical and mental health first responders coping with the trauma of the pandemic.
