Deciding to start seeing a therapist can be a difficult choice in anyone's life. I provide a service that aims to put clients at ease while challenging themselves to understand difficult topics in order to positively move forward. I provide an authentic, caring, and transparent therapeutic style for my clients, being their empathetic guide toward increased self-awareness. I strive to listen, understand, and help people find new perspectives to positively move forward.
In my more than 15 years in the field, I have been providing quality services to many individuals. I chose to specialize in treating people with chronic illness, supporters of people with chronic illness, and those who have experienced trauma to provide support in developing and using a functioning style driven by their known and unknown strengths.
I provide a unique clinical perspective because I live with a chronic illness. I chose to use it to strengthen my clinical skills to guide people to find new insight.
