Life is hard. Therapy can help. I work exclusively over the phone and provide no-cost, telemental health counseling and psychotherapy to people on Medicare. Whether you need help navigating a short term crisis, or you want to take a deep dive into existential questions about the meaning of life, teletherapy can help. While video therapy can be stressful and distracting at times, conversations over the phone are usually more grounded and internally focused.
My approach to therapy is holistic, relational, growth-oriented, and mindfulness-based. Informed by a background in humanistic psychology, contemporary psychoanalysis, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I use empathic connection, compassionate inquiry, and engaged dialogue to uncover the root causes of emotional suffering and psycho-spiritual distress.
The work I do is especially effective for people who are spiritually-oriented and committed to their personal growth.
