Through body-based talk therapy, we explore your present moment experience via your thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, and body movement. We honor where you are moment-by-moment and give your body and mind space to feel and heal. Most importantly, you won’t have to go it alone - I’ll be with you each step of the way, helping you learn to trust your experience and feel a greater sense of your own self. I believe therapy should be accessible to all minds and bodies and welcome your access needs.
