Living a life where struggling is a regular experience is difficult to change, because no one wants to feel worse. I can help you navigate this terrain to relieve pain, clarify thoughts and beliefs, and improve well-being.
I am trained in a variety of techniques, but lean more toward psychodynamic or psychoanalytic. I believe that everything has meaning--what you say, how it's said, the sequence--all of it provides information and insight into what you're feeling and what is most important to you.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families. With just under 30 years of experience. I understand I skillfully work with those who are in crisis, managing significant life changes, suffering from grief and loss, sorting out work problems, lacking satisfaction in their intimate relationships and searching for meaningful relationships.
