I have expertise helping individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues, anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and the psychological aspects of physical illness. Given that positive experiences can also be stressful, I also work with clients adjusting to new relationships, jobs and schooling, as well as pregnancy and parenting.
I combine techniques from the cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and mindfulness traditions in therapy to provide individualized solutions for my clients. In addition, as a native Spanish speaker I am proud to serve the Latino community by offering assessments and therapy in Spanish as well as English.
