Becoming a therapist was my first choice, a passion I discovered during my sophomore year as an undergrad. Of course, it was not my first major, as I thought I would attend medical school. However, due to a car accident, I had to take a break from classes with laboratory courses, which led me to psychology. The best methods to pique anyone's interest are, in my opinion, abnormal psychology and personality psychology; they started my passion for learning more. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I applied for my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialty in Latino Family Studies.

My therapeutic approach is in-depth psychology using a blend of Jungian, Gestalt, and Rogerian.
These modalities help me, and the client build a shared understanding of their reality and allow us to work together to chart a clearer path forward by looking for and finding the root of the problem so that we can work on resolving the core issues instead of finding a temporary solution or focusing on the symptoms.

My approach is compassionate, attentive, and at times direct. I approach sessions through an open, non-judgmental, intersectional lens, and curiosity about your story. It is in these intersections where we might feel the most unseen, overwhelmed, yet also inspired. This is a collaborative space to explore yourself, develop and enhance strengths to meet your needs throughout our time together. However you come to understand yourself, is how I aim to understand you. I encourage you to actively engage in candidly speaking your mind so that I may increase my awareness and understanding of you and your story.

A life of service to others is both an immense blessing and a heavy burden. Teachers, pastors, social workers, therapists and nurses entered these fields with a full heart and a deep desire to serve others. Unfortunately these full hearts can become depleted when we find ourselves bearing these burdens alone.
If this describes you, welcome! You are doing the right thing. The brave thing. You are choosing to take a step toward healing. You are choosing hope.
It would be my honor to support you as you support others, to encourage you, challenge you, laugh with you, and be a safe place for you to unload, to heal, and to grow.

Our mission is to provide quality online mental health and substance abuse services while breaking down the barriers of traditional, office based therapy. This can be via traditional talk therapy, medication management, mindfulness techniques, an emphasis on health, wellness and fitness or any combination of the above.

Along life’s journey, there are meaningful markers that shape who we are and how we relate to ourselves and others. In our work together, we’ll gently explore what may be holding you back—whether that’s rooted in childhood experiences, relationship patterns, moments of crisis, or persistent negative thoughts and feelings. By developing greater awareness of both your strengths and struggles, we’ll work to find new pathways forward—supporting you as you navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, identity, motivation, or relational difficulties.

How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.
How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.
Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.
Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
