Many of the young adults, adults, and couples I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, and self-doubt.
In working together we can begin to understand what's happening beneath these patterns, including how early relationships may have shaped the way you connect with yourself and others. We will explore the roots of your anxiety, loosen the grip of overthinking, and help you develop a clearer sense of who you are and what truly matters to you.

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. My therapeutic philosophy is that individuals need to be a part of their own solutions. Each person is the EXPERT of their own life; not anyone else. I strive to empower clients to feel that their successes come from themselves and are the result of their own dedication and hard work. Many times therapists tend to talk about their ideal client...this seems backwards to me...why does it matter about the therapists' needs? Clients should be empowered to seek out their ideal therapist and what the therapist has to offer them individually, their family, spouse, partner, children, etc.

Are you looking for someone who speaks “teen” and understands how to help your teenager (or you, the young adult) find balance, decrease problem behavior and reduce anxiety?
As a skills based therapist I utilize mindfulness techniques along with evidence based practices to help tweens/teens find happiness & pride within themselves. By breaking the cycle of anxiety, perfectionism and low-self esteem, your kid will learn how to thrive, be kinder to themselves (and you) and improve relationships.
