Life gets overwhelming for everyone at times. My treatment specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. The most frequent therapies I utilize are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Narrative Therapy. I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology and an Enlaces Certificate, an emphasis in counseling the Latino population.
