An important step toward living a happier and more fulfilling life involves recognizing the need and desire for change. I believe that therapy can be a very important and effective tool for bringing about positive change in one's life. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on a wide array of issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, relationship problems, and life transitions.
