I work with individuals, couples, children, teens, and adults to find clarity in their own lives and enhance their mental wellbeing holistically. I am fascinated by the power of the mind and believe that we all have the ability to design it the way we want - to make it a beautiful place. My goal is to hand you the paintbrush.
I have extensive experience and specialize in relationship concerns, abandonment and loss, codependency, trauma, low self esteem, depression, grief, anxiety, addiction, and life transitions. I view challenges and life struggles as opportunities for growth - the fertilizer for one's inner garden. My theoretical framework is a holistic approach of humanistic, transpersonal, mindfulness, and depth psychology.
